Minimum Order: £10 (US $17+/-), before p&p Postage & Packing charge: The shopping cart can show only one calculation, which is 15% of the product valve. The minimum charge is £2.50, the maximum (UK addressess) for one parcel £10.00. On receipt of your order, we shall reduce the charge for lightweight items, and charge at cost for overseas orders. Discounts: For product totals £100 ($160) or over deduct 5% except 'Low Margin Products'. Our shopping cart can only calculate only one discount (the 5%). It cannot ignore the totals of the 'no extra discount items'. We shall make these adjustments when we receive your order. Delivery: Most packages will not fit through the letterbox. Please give us an address where it can be received by someone. All prices are correct at time of printing but may be changed occasionally as and when necessary and are subject to the variable exchange rate between the Euro, Dollar and the Pound. All orders are dealt with (unless a product is out of stock) within 3-4 working days. Please advise if any order is urgent. NB Charged on bank statement as Holly Cottage. |

At all other times there is an answerphone where credit/debit card orders can be placed. Please remember to speak slowly and clearly, giving: Your name, address and telephone number (spelling any unusual names); Card details (including type of card), number, expiry date, security number, Switch issue number and name on the card.
